Civils is defined as projects involving the construction of public works for transportation of goods and people as well as for the control of the environment. Such projects would include roads, railways, canals, bridges, tunnels, dams, ports, harbours, piers, breakwaters, water transfer and supply schemes, pipelines, irrigation and drainage.
